House of Blues Chicago
Midway through their 30th anniversary tour, fans were on fire for Blues Traveler this cold Chicago winter night. The first time back to the windy city in five years, House of Blues was packed to the rafters and ready for the journey.
Not all originals members, this line up has actually played together longer than the original quartet. Tad Kinchla replaced the late Bobby Sheehan on bass in 1999. Then they added Ben Wilson on keyboards in 2000. Along with founding members Brendan Hill: drums, Chan Kinchla: guitar, John Popper: lead vocals/harmonica, they incredibilty tight and certainly have their musical chops in top form, and then some.
