Wild Belle

Monday August 21st, Wild Belle wrapped up the free Chicago Summer Music series at Pritzker Pavilion in with an energized hour-plus set.

Founding members Elliot and Natalie Bergman led their Chicago-based ensemble through their unique blend of psychedelic pop, ska/reggae, funk and rock fueled arrangements. On lead vocals, Natalie Berman has a hint of Amy Winehouse in her voice and is playful, confident and the center focus on stage.

Riding on their 2015 release Dreamland, their second release, Wild Belle is currently touring the states through November with a few select festivals in Mexico City.

On June 24, Round Records & ATO Records will release GarciaLive Volume Six: July 5, 1973 – Jerry Garcia & Merl Saunders, the latest installment of the celebrated GarciaLive archival series. The three-CD set was recorded at the 200 capacity Lion’s Share club formerly located in the small town of San Anselmo, CA, just 20 miles north of San Francisco. The performance features Jerry Garcia performing with friend, mentor and legendary keyboardist/vocalist Merl Saunders. The duo is joined by drummer Bill Vitt and bassist John Kahn, who soon became a lifelong Garcia collaborator.
