The title of Taarka’s 2013 album, Adventures in Vagabondia, wound up being a little too autobiographical when David Tiller and Enion Pelta-Tiller, the couple forming the band’s core, lost their home in Colorado’s devastating floods that fall. Which might be why they went with Making Tracks Home for their March 24, 2015 release. After an experience like that, home becomes even more special — though they’re also making tracks to many other places on their upcoming tour.

MoonGoddess Entertainment and Brotherly Love Productions are teaming up to present two nights of Perpetual Groove at State Theatre in St. Petersburg on July 31 and August 1. This news comes on the heels of the band's long anticipated announcement of a reunion show at Georgia Theatre in Athens happening this May.

Today, Clearwater’s Great Hudson River Revival, also referred to as The Clearwater Festival and founded by Pete Seeger, announces its initial lineup of artists set to perform on the banks of the Hudson River at beautiful Croton Point Park, Croton-On-Hudson, New York on June 20-21, 2015.  The Clearwater Festival is the country’s oldest and largest music and environmental festival, bringing together major musical acts and Clearwater’s own brand of green activism for a unique weekend every June.

Coming in hot at the peak of their winter tour, Greensky Bluegrass played the House of Blues closing out the 6 week long mid-winter melt down, Chicago Bluegrass & Blues Festival 2015.  This festival is a showcase of independent music for the critical music lover.  Over the years, the fest has expanded to more locations with more acts and over a longer span of the winter months.  CBB 201
