This year slamgrass pioneers Leftover Salmon celebrate their twenty-fifth anniversary. Beyond the musical splendor, a blend of Cajun, bluegrass, zydeco, and hard psychedelic rock, is a lovable raucousness. Their triumphant resurgence into fulltime touring has been strengthened by the presence of founding Little Feat pianist Bill Payne.

The original members of Grateful Dead have announced two additional shows at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California on June 27th and 28th, as part of their "Fare Thee Well: Celebrating 50 Years of Grateful Dead" run. Along with the three shows at Chicago's Soldier Field on July 3rd, 4th, and 5th, the run will mark the original members' last-ever performances together.

The third annual Beanstalk Music & Mountain Festival, taking place May 29-31 at State Bridge Amphitheater in Bond, Colorado, has announced an array of special musical projects for their 2015 festival. The Magic Brownie Super Jam, will feature Marc Brownstein and Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits with Scott Hachey and Casey Russell of The Magic Beans along with some special guests. And get ready for an action packed set from Hollywood Nights, composed of Aron Magner & Allen Aucoin of The Disco Biscuits, Tom Hamilton of American Babie

Rock superstars Pat Benatar and Neil “Spyder” Giraldo are celebrating their latest musical milestone with the release of the CD/DVD set, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo: The 35th Anniversary Tour on April 28. The 14-track commemorative package features their greatest and groundbreaking hits. Their lead-off single from the live CD, “Promises in the Dark,” will be released to radio this week.

The wait is over and the age of Space Jazz is upon us. Michal Menert is set to finally release his third full-length album, Space Jazz, on Super Best Records this April 21st.
