Don't ask Front Country what kind of music they play. Just listen.

Looking back over the past 25 years of rootsy, string-based music, the impact of Leftover Salmon is impossible to deny. Formed in Boulder at the end of 1989, the Colorado slamgrass pioneers took their form of aggressive bluegrass to rock and roll bars at a time when it wasn’t so common, helping Salmon become a pillar of the jam band scene and unwitting architects of the jamgrass genre.

Progressive quartet Dopapod closed out 2015 with their biggest NYE show yet at the The Palladium in Worcester, MA and kicked off 2016 with a packed out Gramercy Theatre in NYC.

Internationally renowned composer and multi-instrumentalist Yanni rings in the New Year with a new album and the news of a major North American tour, embarking February 2nd in Sarasota, FL, with stops in cities including Atlanta, Denver, Nashville, New Orleans, Los Angeles and more. The run will continue well into the Spring with more dates to be announced shortly.  Yanni, accompanied by his 15-member master musician international orchestra, will perform beloved fan favorites as well as pull out a few surprises.

The world lost one of the most flamboyant and talented singer-songwriter’s on Sunday, when David Robert Jones, known as David Bowie died after a long battle with cancer.  David Bowie made music over four decades, with the 70's and 80's being his heyday. In 1972 Bowie emerged as alter-ego, Ziggy Stardust, and released The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.
