Multi-Grammy Award winner Delbert McClinton is “One of the Fortunate Few,” who has managed to live his dreams for more than six decades. The stars have aligned for Delbert. Those stars may have leaned toward the blues, but Delbert has managed to keep them on the bright side.

Last Thanksgiving was the 40th anniversary of perhaps the most important concert event in rock ’n’ roll history.  The Last Waltz was promoter Bill Graham’s grandest achievement of his career. Pulling off an unprecedented pre-show Thanksgiving dinner for a couple thousand lucky attendees for what was said to be The Band’s final concert at the legendary Winterland Auditorium in San Francisco.

The latest puzzle piece of the bluegrass and Americana string music revival is in bloom: Pickin’ On Nirvana: The Bluegrass Tribute Featuring Iron Horse springs into stores with a physical vinyl release for Record Store Day on Saturday, April 22.

The four-hour Grateful Dead documentary “Long Strange Trip,” will be part of this year's Film on the Rocks. You can catch the movie on May 25th.  General admission tickets are $15 and go on sale April 21 via denverfilm.org.

British rock band Royal Blood today announced that they will kick off the summer with a headlining U.S. tour in support of their recently announced and highly anticipated new album 'How Did We Get So Dark?,' due out on June 16th on Warner Bros. Records. The tour will kick off on June 2nd at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston, MA and conclude on August 16th at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. Tickets for all dates will be available for purchase starting at 9:00 AM local time on Friday, April 28th.
