Daemon Chili is excited to announce their forthcoming album, Live in Lowell. Videos of this live performance will be released one-by-one, beginning with “Boston Blues” on July 7 and concluding with “Mercy of the Sea” on October 4. The album’s official singles “Lay Your Burden Down” and “Take Sounding” will be released on August 23 and September 20, respectively.

The new album, Sonocardiogram, from Daymé Arocena is a vivid return to her Havana roots. Backed once again by a killer band of fellow Cuban musicians, the visionary singer, composer and songwriter has stripped everything back to the core. Holding sessions in a simple, repurposed artist's studio in Havana, Daymé and her band produced the record themselves, with her taking the reins to make Sonocardiogram her most raw and arresting outing yet.

Robert Earl Keen and Tyler Childers celebrated a series of collaborative performances in Texas last week including a record-breaking 4th of July show in Kerrville, TX. The shows marked the first time the friends have performed together on stage. Keen and Childers both guested on each other's sets. Keen sang Childers’ “Whitehouse Road” and “Honky Tonk Flame” with Tyler and his band, The Food Stamps. Childers joined Keen’s sets to perform “What I Really Mean” and “Broken End of Love” with Robert and his band.
