Acclaimed American rock band Blackberry Smoke presented CURE Childhood Cancer with a donation of $50,000 at their seventh-annual “Brothers and Sisters Holiday Homecoming Show” over Thanksgiving weekend in Atlanta.

MerleFest, presented by Window World, is proud to announce the next round of artist additions for MerleFest 2020, which will be held April 23-26. John Prine, Billy Strings, Colin Hay, Kelsey Waldon, and Gangstagrass will be joining the annual homecoming of musicians and music fans on the campus of Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Cox's Army is a bluegrass band that performs classic and original material in the traditional style. Founded in 2016, the band is led by 'Cousin' Chuck Cox (Guitar, Lead Vocal) and features Laird Patten (Banjo), Jeff Burke (Mandolin, Baritone Vocal), and Jack Campbell (Bass, Tenor Vocal). The band keeps things traditional and acoustic but believes that there is plenty of room for new material and innovation within that style.

Young Irish singer-sonneteer David Keenan stokes the flames and turns up the heat ahead of his debut album release early next year with the sharing of new single “Unholy Ghosts.” The lyric video for the song is a stunning, unfolding animation by London-based Spanish film-maker Alejandra López Martín.
