Following the critically acclaimed release of Sky Blue, a collection of unreleased songs by one of the most celebrated songwriters of the twentieth century earlier this year, Fat Possum Records are releasing 50th anniversary reissues of Van Zandt’s second and third albums, Our Mother The Mountain and Townes Van Zandt on January 10th, 2020.

Today, Chadwick Stokes (Dispatch, State Radio) and his band The Pintos officially kick off their winter tour in Holyoke, MA. The band will be touring their recently released self-titled album making stops in major markets including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Nashville, Philly, and more. They will be joined by Mihali (of Twiddle) and Daniel Rodriguez (of Elephant Revival) for select shows.

Indie folk band The Head and the Heart and soul octet St. Paul & The Broken Bones will headline the 2020 Old Settler’s Music Festival. Friday night will also feature country music icon Tanya Tucker ahead of St. Paul & The Broken Bones.  Tucker’s latest album, While I’m Living, received four Grammy nominations last month and was produced by last year’s Old Settler’s headliner, Brandi Carlile, and Shooter Jennings.  A partial lineup by day is included below.

Greensky Bluegrass, renowned for bringing rock ‘n’ roll showmanship to high-energy bluegrass, has announced a string of tour dates in early winter 2020.

Legendary rock band The Who have announced they’ll be moving on in 2020 with more tour dates, not quite ready to close the books on their acclaimed MOVING ON!
