The Dagnasterpus has landed. The anticipated debut record from TREE ADAMS’ new groove powerhouse Dagnasterpus is now available on all major streaming platforms. The ten tracks feature nimble horns, grimy beats and gritty vocals. The self-titled album was released today by SIX DEGREES RECORDS.

Excitement lingered in the summer air as thousands of concert-goers lined up at Red Rocks Amphitheatre to see the legendary Austin-born and based Shakey Graves. The buzz and anticipation for a night filled with blues, folk, country, and rock and roll, was lighting up each attendee’s face. Being only his third show post-pandemic, many loyal fans and attendees were enthusiastic to welcome his music back to the stage.

While post-pandemic etiquette is on a lot of folk’s minds, John Hartford Memorial Festival goers are a little different. 2020 ticket holders were refunded if they wanted but so many gave up the cost of their tickets to donate to the organization that 2021 turned into a modest camp out complete with 12 bands for free. Miles of silence and long days of dreary COVID but the faithful keep coming back to Bean Blossom.

The Beach Boys are thrilled to share an unreleased live version of fan favorite “Susie Cincinnati” as the next preview to their forthcoming new box set, Feel Flows – The Sunflower and Surf’s Up Sessions 1969-1971, due August 27 via Capitol/UMe. Written and sung by Al Jardine, the rollicking, horn-laden performance was recorded nearly 45 years ago at a legendary stadium concert in Anaheim, Calif.
