Trombonist, composer, and bandleader Altin Sencalar is no stranger to the studio. With “crystal clear articulations and impressive control of the wide possibilities of the instrument” that “provides a brilliance in his sound” (International Trombone Association Journal), it is no surprise that Altin has recorded on over 20 albums, including 3 as a bandleader.

On September 9th, The Mishawaka and Chipper’s Lanes Entertainment Centers announce three new live music venues and a slew of upcoming concerts featuring nationally touring musicians as well as local bands. Supporting their Live on the Lanes concert series, 830 North in Fort Collins, 2454 West in Greeley, and 100 Nickel in Broomfield will soon host live music along with bowling, laser tag, arcade games, tasty eats and cold beverages.

Veteran NYC jazz trumpeter Chris Rogers (Gerry Mulligan, Buddy Rich, Mongo Santamaria, Eddie Palmieri, Toshiko Akiyoshi, Hilton Ruiz, etc) brings an 'electrified' jazz sextet to the iconic Bitter End on Tuesday Sept 14th, for a special 90-minute MILES DAVIS TRIBUTE SHOW. The group will be presenting selections from classic "late-60's" Miles albums including "Filles De Kilimanjaro", "Water Babies", "Miles in India", "Miles in the Sky", "Bitches Brew" and "In A Silent Way".

The Wild Feathers will release Alvarado on October 8th, 2021 via New West Records. The 12-track set was produced by the band and follows their 2020 career-spanning odds-and-ends collection Medium Rarities. Formed in 2010, The Wild Feathers have released three critically acclaimed studio albums, one live record captured at the historic Ryman Auditorium, and toured with Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Bob Seger, and more.
