While Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Chris Shiflett gets a lot of recognition for his role in Foo Fighters, the modern-day guitar hero has seemingly always had one foot in the country music world—and, these days, he’s been spending a lot of time making music in Nashville.

Montreux Jazz Festival and BMG are excited the share the brand-new music video for Chick Corea’s America, performed live at Montreux in 2006. Ahead of the highly anticipated release of Chick Corea: The Montreux Years. The video for “America (Continents Pt. 4)” will be a mesmerizing animated visualization of the mid-century art inspired artwork.

Fort Worth-based singer songwriter Abraham Alexander releases “Stay” featuring fellow Texan and multi Grammy Award-winning guitarist Gary Clark Jr. “Gary was one of my early heroes and it was just another instance of being in the right place at the right time when we connected. But beyond his musicality he's someone that I definitely look up to and I'm grateful for, and someone I want to emulate,” Alexander explains of the collaboration which is his first release for Dualtone Records.

English singer/songwriter Beth Orton today releases the new song “Fractals” which features jazz poet Alabaster dePlume on the swirling saxophone, The Smile drummer Tom Skinner, multi-instrumentalist Shahzad Ismaily and Mercury Prize nominated bassist Tom Herbert of The Invisible. These musicians locked naturally into Orton’s sensibilities, expanding the new sonic world she’s created.

Dave Matthews Band announced a fall 2022 North American tour, which will launch on November 2 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC – the first of three Pacific Northwest dates. The headline run, which will include shows at Target Center in Minneapolis (November 13) and Chicago’s United Center (November 15), will conclude the weekend before Thanksgiving with a two-night stand at Madison Square Garden in New York City (November 18 & 19).
