Previously known as The In Crowd, Tomorrow (Keith West, Steve Howe and John ‘Twink’ Alder) came to fame in the 1967 film Smashing Time. During that year the band released two singles, one of which, “My White Bicycle” was inspired by the Dutch Provos, an anarchist group in Amsterdam which instituted a community bicycle program. The follow-up single “Revolution”, according to Joe Boyd’s book “White Bicycles – Making Music” in the 1960s asserted the fact that the band’s performance of the song at the UFO Club was the apotheosis of the 60s UK underground.

Multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer, and songwriter, Charlie Hall, will release his debut solo album, Invisible Ink, on May 12th via El Triángulo Records. The nine-song LP explores lush, entrancing, and hypnotic cinematic soundscapes that feature performances from artists and friends from all over the globe. The title of each song evokes a physical place that inspired its composition. Invisible Ink was written by Hall, produced together with Quinn Lamont Luke, and is one of the inaugural releases on Luke’s El Triángulo imprint.

Dark Star Orchestra hits the road this spring after an appearance at the Skull & Roses Festival with stops in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, New York and Pennsylvania, culminating with the Dark Star Jubilee over Memorial Day weekend.

Spring Tour begins on May 12 at The Senate in Columbia, SC followed by DSO's debut at The Refinery in Charleston, SC. The band then returns to familiar stages at The Ritz in Raleigh, NC, Greenfield Lake Amphitheater in Wilmington, NC, and The NorVa in Norfolk, VA.
