The Grateful Garcia Gathering Reunion is returning back to the Camp NCN Venue (formerly Jamboree Campground) in beautiful Black River Falls Wisconsin July 30th though August 2nd 2009 where it all began over 6 years ago! Economics is the worse it's EVER been in decades. The 3G's priority number ONE will be to KEEP TICKET PRICES THE LOWEST EVER so that you and your family can join us to enjoy this fun outdoor music festival weekend! We have leased the campground for July 30th though August 3rd 2009 for our 6th annual festival. Other great music festivals hosted at this venue have been Weedstock, Farmapalooza, Sundog Summer Shakedown, the Big Wu Family Reunion, Campout Roots Festival, Effit Fest, just to name a few! The venue features 75-plus acres of brilliant surroundings with tall trees that nicely shade your camp site. The venue has a full array of conveniences, including 2 shower facilities with flushing toilets and hot showers and other luxurious accommodations. Other venue amenities include a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, hiking trails, outdoor/indoor shower facility, full service concessions with food, and supplies!

So please come kick back with your friends and enjoy this weekend of good vibes, camping, dancing, getting together with friends just relaxing under shade trees, and just having good 'ole outdoor fun! The 3G's is going to be a blast! In case this is your first time here, every summer we bring Deadheads and the Kind folks like you a truly wonderful kid friendly camping and music festival experience. There are always crazy things going on, with great vendors, crafted handworks, arts, tie-dye stuff, awsome food vendors, and not to mention beautiful hempwear! The 3G's in general is aways around the same weekend as Jerry Garcia's birthday. All of us do this honor to the music, life, and spirit of guitarist Jerry Garcia! This is going to be a very deeply humble and special time for camping and gathering with friends of old and new! The 3G's will be a mix of wonderful music by some of the best JamBands in the Midwest to rock your soul!

Mystix Toyz will be on board at the 3G's for tons of family fun with Juggling Demonstrations, Juggling Workshops, Face Painting, Kids Parades, plus Drum/Fire Jams Every Night! Check out the website for more cool things they have to offer!

Campers will be able to have campfires at each individual campsite and firewood is available at the campground! There will be plenty of awesome vendors on-site for you to check out, a kind and friendly atmosphere, and a stellar musical lineup for all to enjoy! In addition, there is going to be a memorabilia "Jerry Garcia Shrine" near the main stage. All attendees are encouraged to bring pictures, candles, ticket stubs, tie-dyes, old posters with Jerry's signature, any and all related items related to Jerry Garcia, or the Grateful Dead! You can place it at the shrine for all to enjoy!

All vendor applications will be accepted starting February 1st 2009. In the summer of 2009, festival attendees will be able to enjoy the sounds of local and regional bands who were influenced and inspired by The Grateful Dead, and the Jerry Garcia Band!

The 3G's will celebrate and pay tribute to the life, art, and music of legendary guitarist Jerry Garcia on what would be his 67th Birthday!
