Some of the most memorable sets in High Sierra Music Festival’s three-decades-running history have taken place after the California sun had set; way after—sometimes when it was on the verge of rising again. And this year’s late-night lineups, announced today, will undoubtedly follow suit. Tickets for Thursday night’s Cool Cool Cool and The Polish Ambassador, Friday’s The Floozies and Jason Leech, Saturday’s Ghost-Note and Eddie Roberts & the Lucky Strokes, and Sunday’s Magic Beans and Orgōne are available for purchase now.
The aforementioned Orgōne, a pillar of West Coast soul music who recently collaborated in the studio with another HSMF artist She She She, is the newest add to the stacked HMSF ‘24 lineup which includes the already announced Primus, Ziggy Marley, Greensky Bluegrass, Jerry Harrison & Adrian Belew of the Talking Heads, the Allman Betts Band, Larkin Poe, The California Honeydrops, Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives, Cimafunk, The Floozies, The Polish Ambassador, She She She, ALO, Shinyribs, Eggy, Bombino, Ghost-Note, Cris Jacobs Band, Steve Poltz, AJ Lee & Blue Summit, Sam Grisman Project, The Mountain Grass Unit, Big Richard, The Sensational Barnes Brothers, Dogs in a Pile, Melt, Eddie Roberts & The Lucky Strokes, Cool cool cool, Holly Bowling, Magic Beans, Jackie Venson, High Step Society, Jerry Joseph, Scott Pemberton Trio, Jason Leech, Handmade Moments, Scott Amendola & The Sticklerphonics, Anna Moss & The Nightshades, Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Seekers, Fireside Collective, Madeline Hawthrone, Glitterfox, and The Chris Chandler Show. The festival’s esteemed artists at large for 2024 are Lebo and Scott Pemberton.
