LOCKN’ has announced details of its eagerly awaited Light From LOCKN’ livestream, a communal festival experience set for June 19-21 via FANS.com, FANS Facebook Page, FANS Twitch, Relix YouTube, Littlestar (Playstation4) and DailyMotion. Beginning each day at 10am ET, the free livestreamed event will present an array of live music, archival footage, exclusive content, and surprise guest appearances.

Light From LOCKN’ will present classic archival performances from such legendary artists as The Allman Brothers Band and The Black Crowes, alongside a veritable feast of full-length sets from Billy & The Kids, Charles Bradley, Zac Brown Incident, Col. Bruce Hampton & Friends w/ Oteil Burbridge, Del McCoury w/Preservation Hall, Fishbone, Furthur ft. Trey Anastasio, Gov’t Mule ft. Ann Wilson, Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Hot Tuna, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Keller’s Grateful Gospel, Khruangbin ft. Trey Anastasio, Lettuce, Margo Price, Phil Lesh & Friends, The Revivalists, The Suffers, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Trey Anastasio Band ft. Derek Trucks, Umphrey’s McGee, Vulfpeck, Widespread Panic, and Zac Brown Incident.
Furthermore, Light From LOCKN’ will see special appearances from such friends of the festival as Andy Falco, David Shaw, Doobie Decibel System, The Infamous Stringdusters, Jack Casady, Keller Williams, The Lil Smokies, Luther Dickinson, Marcus King, Melvin Seals, Moonalice, Nahko, The Suffers, and Warren Haynes. Other highlights include a special “Photos With Stories” session, chronicling the incredible visual history of LOCKN’ with renowned photographer Jay Blakesberg.
In addition, Light From LOCKN’ will host an immersive trio of virtual late-night dance parties, including the hugely popular “Jerry Dance Party” with DJ JerrBrother, Andy Frasco’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody,” (currently in the Top 10 of Pollstar’s Livestream Chart), as well as “The Rock and Roll Playhouse Father’s Day Celebration,” which will air Sunday morning.
In keeping with the spirit of LOCKN’ and HeadCount’s Participation Row – the festival’s annual on-site interactive village of non-profit organizations – fans are encouraged to make socially conscious actions throughout Light From LOCKN’. Charitable partners include HeadCount‘s nationwide voter registration campaign and Conscious Alliance‘s “Virtual Art That Feeds Food Drive.”
The eighth edition of LOCKN’ is now scheduled to take place October 1-4, 2020, as always at Infinity Downs & Oak Ridge Farm, LOCKN’s 387-acre property located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Arrington, VA; a complete artists lineup and additional ticket information will be announced soon. All previously purchased tickets, camping, parking, and early entry passes will be honored on the new dates. LOCKN’ is currently working on new health and safety protocols, which will continue to evolve as new guidelines are issued by public health authorities, to ensure the upcoming festival is safe and comfortable for everyone to attend.
