Chest Fever, the official revival of The Band and the alter ego of San Diego rock band Mrs. Henry, is kicking off its U.S. tour on February 11th in Seattle, winding down in Buffalo on March 20th.
Mrs. Henry, Chest Fever's alter ego, will be the opening act for the tour dates, supporting their album Keep On Rising – A 21st Century Rock Opera (available now via Blind Owl Records).
2025 marks Chest Fever’s third year of touring North America and their second tour with Mrs. Henry, who will perform an opening set of original music.
“The group absolutely loves touring in Canada and the States. We’ve felt such a warm embrace for both our original music and our celebration of The Band’s timeless catalog," says guitarist Daniel Cervantes. "Every tour we do is unique and tailored to that journey, and fans can expect a show unlike any we’ve done before—high energy and as high level as you can get!”
In the summer of 2024, Mrs. Henry announced their 38-song epic rock opera Hope in the Land of Nothing Matters and Faith, Fate: Keep On Rising, a striking visual experience featuring mesmerizing graphics and mystical imagery paired with the first seven tracks of Act II of The Underworld Suite. This tells the story of "Your Twenty-First Century Rising Star," a rocker striving for glory and willing to stop at nothing for rock 'n' roll fame.
With authenticity as their compass, Mrs. Henry’s musical bond reflects a magical brotherhood revealed through spirited harmonies, psychoactive jams, and uplifting anthems that elevate both the band and their ever-expanding audience into the sonic stratosphere. Chest Fever is comprised of members of the San Diego Music Award-winning rock band Mrs. Henry, including keyboardist Jody Bagley, guitarist Daniel Cervantes, bassist Blake Dean, and multi-instrumentalist Ben Pinnola. Like The Band, Mrs. Henry is blessed with three lead vocalists whose voices merge into a profound harmonic blend.
Chest Fever pays homage to The Band while staying true to their own original vision. The stories, legends, and community of The Band live on through the passion and magic of Chest Fever, newly embodied in their electrifying live performances. Officially approved by Robbie Robertson and The Band Official, the group began touring North America in 2022. From their hometown of San Diego to North Ontario, Chest Fever has performed in almost every state and province across the U.S. and Canada. Notable highlights include a sold-out show at Toronto’s revered Massey Hall on November 18th, 2023, celebrating the 45th anniversary of The Last Waltz. That same year, Chest Fever released two albums reimagining Rock of Ages and Music From Big Pink.
