The official music video for Orville Peck’s “Nothing Fades Like The Light” is premiering now at The Boot. Watch/share the video via YouTube HERE. Directed by Deni Cheng, the video consists of behind-the-scenes footage captured throughout Peck’s 2019 worldwide tour.
“Nothing Fades Like The Light” comes from Peck’s critically acclaimed debut album Pony and was recently featured on HBO’s hit show “Watchmen.” After selling out every North American performance in 2019, Peck will continue to tour throughout 2020, making stops at the Stagecoach and Shaky Knees festivals in addition to an Australian tour and newly confirmed stops in Santa Fe, Oklahoma City, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston with additional dates to come. Tickets and VIP packages for the new headlining dates will go on sale to the general public on December 13 at 10 a.m.local time at https://www.orvillepeck.com/tour.
Adding to his breakout year, Peck was recently the first country artist to be on the cover of GQ Style and was also featured on the cover of the inaugural issue of the Harper’s Bazaar Men’s issue alongside Travis Scott and J. Balvin, curated by Dior Homme. Most recently, Peck performed at the Dior Homme Men’s Fall 2020 launch last week at Art Basel.
Since the release of Pony this past March via SubPop Records, the enigmatic country star has garnered widespread attention across the world as well as extensive critical acclaim from NPR’s “Morning Edition,” NPR Music, The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Vogue, The Guardian, The Fader, the Los Angeles Times and many more.
