The Allman Brothers played their last show ever at the Beacon Theater on Tues., Oct. 28 and marked this momentous occasion with a good deed. The band generously donated a signed Remo drumhead to WhyHunger's Hungerthon, with all proceeds from the auction going to the fight against hunger and poverty.
Hungerthon is the nonprofit's largest fundraiser of the year, and the fuel that keeps the organization fighting hunger and poverty all-year long. Now in it's 29th year, the group has worked with hundreds of charitable celebs to supply exclusive gear, meet and greet packages and more, all in the name of lending a hand around the holidays.
The auction is LIVE on Charitybuzz, up until Wednesday: https://www.charitybuzz.com/
