The Marcus King Band is one of the dynamic rising stars in the music world today. Marcus King doesn’t strive for authenticity, he never had to—it’s bursting out of his DNA in every note he plays and every word he sings. This focused, firmly rooted artist isn’t just perpetuating the proud legacy of American rock and soul music; he and his band are adding their own eloquent chapter to that rich narrative.
Legendary drummer and founding member of the Allman Brothers Band, Jaimoe and his Jasssz Band, play American music. They combine elements of jazz, blues, rock-n-noll, and R&B into a unique blend that captures the spirit and stirs the soul. Their repertoire ranges from new interpretations of classic tunes to original songs that are classics in the making.
North Mississippi Allstars weave their bred-to-the-bone musical sensibility with a potent message of positivity, inclusion, family, and hope. Their songs pay homage to the band’s long lineage of musical heroes, celebrating the blues’ extraordinary legacy while reshaping and pushing it into contemporary relevance with fatback funk, slippery soul, and pure unadulterated rock ‘n’ roll.
