Backup Planet’s unconventional stage presence and production sets them apart from others bands as they create a new element of surprise for every show. Saturday, October 31, 2015 will certainly be memorable. Get your costume ready as doors open at 8:30pm with Backup Planet taking the stage at 10pm for two full sets. Prizes will be presented all night long, with the winner for best costume being a Kayak.
About Backup Planet
Backup Planet is truly a unique group with a style that emanates from a place that seems familiar, yet unchartered for a band this young. Since coming together in 2014 they’ve hit the ground running and never looked back constantly touring the southeastern region. With an eclectic blend of electronic, rock, jazz, funk, and blues they continue to surprise fans at each show. With a solid repertoire of originals and covers, Backup Planet has come on the scene as breath of fresh air with the ability to build fluid sets with extended improvisations. Incorporating a degree of uncertainty into their live performances, Backup Planet has continued to build its following, working to become a house hold name in music scene.
