The Chicago rock band Wilco kicks off a series of concerts beginning at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on October 21 as part of a celebration of the band’s 20th anniversary. The limited run of shows also includes performances in Knoxville and Raleigh as well as a two-night stand at the Capitol Theater in Port Chester, NY. Wilco makes a guest appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on October 27.
This week Wilco performs in Columbus, OH, makes its first-ever appearance in Akron, OH and appears Saturday and Sunday at the Lockn’ Music Festival in Arrington, VA. A full list of tour dates is below.
Later this year Wilco will release two special recordings: its first-ever box-set of rarities culled from studio outtakes, B-sides and live recordings and a “best of” compilation of previously released studio songs from the band’s extensive catalog. Further details on both recordings will be announced soon.
