HOKA: A Call to Action Tour! comes to Chicago for a sold out night Thursday, January 26.
Concord Music Hall
As musicians, their mission is to motivation and inspiration all in our global community. "We have access to the tools needed to make changes, take action and spread awareness of how to live in harmony with Mother Gaia herself. We are honored to be a force of attraction for positive and creative minds during these often-corrupt times. With your trust and support, we humbly accept this role and speak our prayers of intention to take direct action… “Hoka Hey” means, “today is a good day to die”, but perhaps with your help, it could transform into a better day to live."
Their performances are so much more than a concert but a mission to energize their tribe of fans and like-minded people to affect positive change. The songs and how they perform them live strikes a cord deep within. Their new video "Love Letter to God" speaks to resistance, strength and hope using vivid imagery of the Standing Rock protests, a topic we all need to be aware of and take action.
