Last weekend, at the Harvard Athletic Complex, was the Boston Calling 2020 festival. Oops, I mean Boston Calling 2021. Ok, let’s try that again. Last weekend was the 2022 edition of the Boston Calling festival. Like so many other events, this festival has been twice delayed since 2020, but this Memorial Day weekend, crowds finally descended upon the grounds of Harvard for a weekend of great music.
Pemberton Music Festival, which has expanded to a five-‐day festival, will take place Wednesday, July 16 to Sunday, July 20. With nearly 100 performances and six separate performance areas, including two main stages, two secondary stages, a dance tent and a comedy area, Pemberton Music Festival will be five glorious days of music, comedy, and camping on 300 clean, open acres in one of the most idyllic settings on Earth.
AC Entertainment is proud to announce the initial line up for the 2013 Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit, slated for the weekend of October 25 - 27 in beautiful downtown Asheville, NC. Nine Inch Nails, Bassnectar, and Pretty Lights will headline the three-day weekend, which also will feature a performance by Neutral Milk Hotel, who have not played live since 1998.
Renegade Recordings announces a November 20 release date for Falling Slowly, the debut full-length CD from Atlanta-area based power pop quartet Nine Times Blue, which will be distributed nationally by City Hall Records. Co-produced by Bryan Holmes of The Producers, Falling Slowly was mixed and mastered by two-time Grammy-winning producer Don McCollister, who’s worked with such top-selling artists as Sister Hazel, Indigo Girls, Third Day and Shawn Mullins.
