The latest effort underscores the Louisiana renowned vocalist's love of the blues and first-time collaboration with modern blues icon Joe Bonamassa, who produced and contributed sizzling guitar solos on various tracks alongside longtime collaborator Josh Smith. Park City Songwriters Festival is an event for storytellers—providing an intimate music experience with some of the world’s most profound songwriters across five venues in Park City, UT on September 13 & 14th. There will be workshops, panels, songwriters in the round & concerts each night from headliners like Anders Osborne, Marc Broussard & North Mississippi Allstars.

Taking place across five venues in the “best small city in America” on September 13th and 14th, Park City Songwriter Festival promises to be an experience to captivate even the most avid of live music fans. In addition to the headliner’s concerts each night, songwriters in the round, panels, and workshops will all be part of the PCSF experience, which was dreamed up by Park City residents and festival co-founders, Ben Anderson, Scott Thomson, and Aaron Benward.

I had never attended a live eTown radio show before, and didn’t know whether to expect a “Prairie Home Companion” type experience or a full-blown concert. What I found was the best of both worlds; insightful interviews intermixed with live music and an enthusiastic crowed.
