Experimental folk artist and composer Sam Amidon has announced new tour dates in support of his latest album, The Following Mountain. The tour is Amidon’s first in the US since 2015 and begins in Seattle on September 23 with additional stops in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, Washington, D.C. and more before culminating in New York City on October 10.

Robert Cline, Jr. travels from the Texas Plains to Colorado Rockies to the waters of The Shoals to find his calling – preaching the good news of this legendary place of American music. It’s quite magical and mystifying – no one can put the finger on how it’s so lush with sound. But it is.
