The Seaport Music Festival is proud to announce its 15th anniversary celebration in partnership with The Village Voice and South Street Seaport Museum! The Seaport Music Festival has been gathering New Yorkers and tourists alike with authentic programming in a unique setting for the past 15 years. The festival will continue that legacy with an eye on the future, while also celebrating the rich history of this awe-inspiring venue in Lower Manhattan.

Jesse Royal released the first single, “Always Be Around,” from his upcoming debut full-length on Friday, May 26. Two days earlier, the song premiered on Wednesday, May 24, via the Mass Appeal website. This release marks the first collaboration with U.S.-based indie tastemaker label Easy Star Records, giving a taste from what is sure to be one of the biggest reggae albums of the year.

The Motet and Dopapod are thrilled to announce a co-headlining Fall Tour.  The two bands will  join forces for twelve shows throughout the months of October and November that will take them all along the East Coast and into the Midwest.  No strangers to collaborating, both bands have sat in with each other numerous times, but this Fall Tour marks the first time both bands will be sharing an extensive bill.

There’s always been something mythical about Fleet Foxes’ music; those intricate harmonies and swelling arrangements intertwined with frontman Robin Pecknold’s often-lofty poetry convey intimacy while conjuring up Homeric images of cloudy mountain forests, stormy seas, and some connection to the spirit of the earth long-since forgotten.
