Soul Land Records will release Soul Land Music Series: Volume 1 on August 6, a collection of live music inspired by the life of spiritual teacher and cultural icon, Baba Ram Dass.

Todd Snider, who Rolling Stone hails as “America's sharpest storyteller,” is headed back to the live music circuit following a year-long hiatus due to Covid-19. Beginning this month, Snider will embark on his "Return of the Storyteller” tour, an extensive cross-country trek that includes more than 50 live concert dates taking place throughout the remainder of 2021.

Today, Watchhouse (formerly Mandolin Orange) share the video for the loping, romantic “Upside Down,” the latest single from their new self-titled album out August 13. Directed by Elizabeth Weinberg and inspired by what Watchhouse’s Emily Frantz calls “the notion of having missed someone your whole life before you meet them,” the video captures a fleeting gas station ballet.

Last month, TEOA released their track “I.F.H.”, which “was born out of pure therapeutic necessity”. While humorously letting go of their woes, the band hoped that their listeners could relate to their lyrics and accept that pain is a fundamental part of life.
