Central to BEACHLIFE RANCH is the festival’s commitment to working with local and national nonprofits focused on the protection and well-being of veterans and community. As with previous years, they are partnering with a number of amazing organizations this year that have made a real impact in support of important causes: Redondo Beach Police Foundation, Fisher House Foundation, Kings Care Foundation and the Jimmy Miller Memorial Foundation.
In addition to raising awareness for these notable organizations, BeachLife Ranch strives to raise much-needed funds in a variety of ways including onsite activations, auctions featuring one-of-a-kind signed, collector items, artist merch and unique experiences, ticket giveaways, fundraising events, as well as beach cleanups and “BeachLife Games” throughout the year.
The BeachLife family is also doing what they can to assist those impacted by the devastating fires in Hawaii. From now until Monday, 9/4, at midnight PT, 10% of every BeachLife Ranch ticket purchased at beachliferanch.com will go directly to Maui Relief efforts.
“The most rewarding thing about BeachLife each year is that we can make a real difference by bringing tens of thousands of people together for a weekend of good vibes and great music. How great is that?” shares BeachLife co-founder Rob Lissner. “BeachLife Ranch has partnered with a number of amazing organizations focused on the health and well-being of our local community and the veterans who are so vital to us.”
The BeachLife Festival in May 2023 helped to raise over $150,000 in support of The Redondo Beach Police Foundation, Surfrider Foundation, Heal The Bay, Wyland Foundation, Redondo Beach Education Foundation, South Bay Parkland Conservancy and a number of local nonprofits who were provided with tickets or donations to support their own fundraising events and activities.
This year BeachLife Ranch is also bringing in artist collective Indivisible Arts as the festival’s official “Creative Consciousness Partner.” In a dream team of community partners to support youth mental health and the power of creativity to heal, BeachLife, Indivisible Arts--a 501-c(3) dedicated to teaching consciousness through creativity and connection--and the Beach Cities Health District’s youth center allcove came together to host Emerge & See, a songwriting competition for young people ages 12-25. The winner, Asia Lacy, earned the opportunity to perform at next year’s BeachLife Festival in May 2024.
Allen Sanford, co-founder of BeachLife, is excited about the opportunity to showcase young local talent. “The spirit of BeachLife is local, and we relish the opportunity to feature a young musician from the South Bay and offer them a stage to share their music with a larger audience. Who knows? We may discover a future superstar!”
Tickets for the 2nd annual BeachLife Ranch taking place September 22-24, 2023 on the picturesque waterfront in Redondo Beach, CA are on sale now at beachliferanch.com. The premier live music, art and culinary event celebrates the fusion of California country and beach life culture. With performances from headliners Jack Johnson, The Doobie Brothers and Brad Paisley, as well as an eclectic group of top Country, Americana and Roots talent, there will be wide-ranging food and drink offerings from acclaimed local eateries and breweries, art installations, onsite activations highlighting various philanthropic causes, eco-friendly and sustainable initiatives, brand partner gifting, local boutique shopping and more.
