For nearly a decade, electronic reggae-dub innovators Jon Wayne and The Pain have been crafting a unique sound, one that features a mesmerizing blend of modern age electronic beats fused with upbeat traditional roots reggae and a fresh layer of grooving funk to keep the soul moving in all the right ways. The Twin Cities-based ensemble burst onto the festival scene in 2007 following their debut self-titled album, and has since built a highly devoted following through multi-dimensional jamming, extensive touring and influential songwriting. Inscrutable and unpredictable, Jon Wayne and The Pain’s cutting edge style has taken them across the nation to some of the country’s biggest music festivals including Electric Forest, Summer Camp, Cali Roots and Wakarusa. Their transcendent live performances and fluid chemistry has propelled them to forefront of reggae music, and with an ever-changing musical paradigm it is evident that this Midwestern quartet is an absolute force to be reckoned with.
 
Rastasaurus was uncovered in the concrete jungles of Denver, Colorado, where they’ve been building an enthusiastic following around their new reggae sound. Centered around the prolific songwriting of Justus Lacewell (vocals, guitar), Rastasaurus also includes lifelong musical pals and identical twin brothers Eric (lead guitar) and Mark Ciccone (bass). The thick, psychedelic grooves of Ryan Kerr (keyboards) and the smooth, funky rhythms of Nick Souder (drums) round out the quintet. With their original songs featuring an infusion of reggae with elements of funk, rock and roll, improvised jamming and dub, Rastasaurus is constantly exploring and expanding its own unique blend of American reggae.

Satsang is a Conscious Music Collective made up of Drew McManus (Guitar/Vocals) Karl Roth (Bass, Keys, Vocals) and David Cleaves (Mandolin) Blending world conscious lyrics with the belief that Roots Music was meant to be played on Roots Instruments. The lyrics come from and are rooted in change, growth, awareness, and imperfection, and are used as a mission statement for activation. Touching on everything from the bliss of traveling to the ills of the justice system and environmental encroachment. The live show is everything that the band name suggests: A gathering of people to assimilate and share their truths. The reggae rhythms put forth by the band keep everyone on their feet, and the lyrics leave them craving active and immediate change.Satsang has toured all over the country and has shared the stage with the likes of Steel Pulse, Nahko and Medicine for the People, Trevor Hall, Chris Berry, Mike Love, Jon Wayne and the Pain, Tubby Love and many many more. On June 24, Round Records & ATO Records will release GarciaLive Volume Six: July 5, 1973 – Jerry Garcia & Merl Saunders, the latest installment of the celebrated GarciaLive archival series. The three-CD set was recorded at the 200 capacity Lion’s Share club formerly located in the small town of San Anselmo, CA, just 20 miles north of San Francisco. The performance features Jerry Garcia performing with friend, mentor and legendary keyboardist/vocalist Merl Saunders. The duo is joined by drummer Bill Vitt and bassist John Kahn, who soon became a lifelong Garcia collaborator.
