After two years of crafting new music, Lot 49 is thrilled to announce the release of their second album, Liquor & Coffee. Following the success of their debut project, Deja Vu, which launched amid the turmoil of the COVID-19 pandemic, the band has returned with a refined and eclectic sound that promises to captivate listeners.

Deja Vu marked a significant achievement for Lot 49, an independent band with limited resources. Despite these challenges, the album performed exceptionally well, showcasing their ability to create compelling music. Now, with a solid run of releasing singles, Lot 49 has honed their sound to include a dreamy blend of pop, R&B, and hip-hop, seamlessly infused with reggae undertones. This unique mix is showcased in their 12-track album, Liquor & Coffee.

The album, themed around a fictional liquor store, serves as a metaphorical one-stop shop where listeners can get their reggae fix along with a polished R&B-focused sound. The three main singles—"San Francisco Summer," "Malibu," and "Crushin’ (Worth While)"—each highlight everyday items you might find at your local liquor store, playing up the album's theme with each song representing a different item and each single cover acting as a visual representation of the song’s subject matter.

Liquor & Coffee features collaborations with emerging artists such as Sierra Lane, Joey Calderaio, J. Lately, and Kruel Summer. The album also includes four brand new, featureless tracks—"We Ain’t Looking Back," "Wild Side," "Elton John," and "You"—allowing the band to showcase their strengths on their own.

Since their inception, Lot 49 has strived to bring a different yet familiar flavor to the reggae scene. Drawing on influences from decades of reggae artists and blending it with lead singer Ryan Viera’s passion for genre-defying music, Liquor & Coffee offers a unique sound experience that stands out in today’s music landscape.

Liquor & Coffee will be available on all major platforms starting July 19th. Fans can catch Lot 49 on their upcoming tour:
