Americana and roots rock aficionados, mark your calendars! Red Means Run, the dynamic band known for their compelling blend of country and rock, is back with their first release since 2016. Embarking on a series of shows, the band will kick off their tour on June 15th at The Royal in Glenside, PA.

Formed in 2012, Red Means Run draws inspiration from the timeless legacy of Neil Young's "Powderfinger." Fronted by singer-songwriter Ryan Wells, the band weaves narratives that traverse the intricate landscapes of love, loss, heartache, and redemption. Their earlier EPs, "All Things Said and Done" (2013) and "Love of Blindness" (2016), garnered comparisons to the likes of early-Wilco, the Waco Brothers, and Whiskeytown.

With their eagerly anticipated full-length album, "Things You Hold True" (2024), Red Means Run ventures beyond their alt-country origins, embracing the raw energy of rock and roll. Produced by Derek Chafin of BarnSound and a|i|r records, the album features a lineup of seasoned veterans from the vibrant Philly music scene.

"Things You Hold True" is a testament to the band's evolution, blending melodic hooks with poignant lyricism. The album delves into enduring beliefs, relationships, and the universal ties that bind us all.
