Exuberant jam-funk quartet Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, has unveiled a compelling musical costume for their highly anticipated Halloween 2023 performances. Dubbed "Talking Radioheads", this pair of special performances is set to pay homage to the legendary sounds of Talking Heads and Radiohead.
This sensational spectacle begins Sunday, October 29th at the iconic Tipitina's in New Orleans, LA, with festivities continuing on Halloween night, Tuesday, October 31st, at the Scoot Inn in Austin, TX. These concerts mark the launch of the band's much-anticipated Fall Tour, with Dogs In A Pile providing solid support throughout the nationwide run.
Known for their high-octane performances and innovative covers, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong have previously delighted fans with Halloween themes such as 'Stop Making Cake,' a delicious blend of Talking Heads and Cake tunes (2019), and “Daft Side of the Moon,” an intrepid combination of Daft Punk and Pink Floyd (2021).
