Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, the vibrant powerhouse known for infectious funk and high-energy performance, is thrilled to announce a three-night run in Philadelphia. The band will light up the stage at the city’s acclaimed Brooklyn Bowl for three nights from January 30 to February 1, 2025.
This announcement comes on the heels of PPPP’s latest album, Day In Time, released earlier this year. The album has been celebrated for its exploration of new musical territories while remaining true to the band’s signature sound. Featuring guest appearances from Ben "Smiley" Silverstein (The Main Squeeze), Alric "A.C." Carter (Tauk), Joey Porter (The Motet), and others, the album has already garnered hundreds of thousands of plays across streaming platforms, along with critical acclaim.
As Pigeons Playing Ping Pong wraps up an exciting 2024, they continue to captivate audiences with their remaining performances. The band is currently embarked on an east-coast-heavy fall tour, bringing their exhilarating psychedelic funk jams to cities from Vermont to Tennessee. Known for their innovative and enthralling Halloween performances, next week the band will deliver four nights of “Jimi Shelter”—a captivating mix of the legendary tunes of Jimi Hendrix and The Rolling Stones—in Indianapolis, Nashville, Chattanooga, and Raleigh.
Ticket sales for January’s Philadelphia run commence today, with an artist presale beginning at 2pm ET and running through Thursday, October 24 at 10pm ET. Local presales run on Thursday, October 24 from 10am to 10pm ET, before a general on sale on Friday, October 25th at 12 PM ET. A limited allotment of exclusive VIP packages with meet and greet opportunities are available for each date.
