In continued celebration of the 4/20 holiday, Slightly Stoopid will return tomorrow night, Thursday, April 21st, 2016, to Tamalpais Research Institute (TRI Studios) for a live performance and webcast with special guests including legendary Grateful Dead founding member Bob Weir. Additional confirmed guests including Karl Denson (Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Rolling Stones), Angelo Moore (Fishbone, Dr. Madd Vibe), Marlon Asher (Ganja Farmer) and Roger Rivas (Aggrolites) will also be on hand. The performance will broadcast live and for free at 7 pm PT/ 10 pm ET on Qello Concerts streaming service allowing fans to watch the concert from their couch, computer, or on the go.
When Slightly Stoopid originally performed at the venue in 2011 joined by Weir and friends, they were interviewed by actor Tommy Chong. The original installment was recorded and later released as a live DVD and two CD audio set entitled “Live At Roberto’s”. In anticipation for the return of Slightly Stoopid at TRI Studios tomorrow night, Qello Concerts is broadcasting the “Live At Roberto’s” original performance on-demand for free all day today, April 20th.
Fans are invited to access the live, intimate performance via online streaming partners Mobile Rider and Qello Concerts, the largest collection of full-length concerts and music documentaries streamed on-demand. Later this summer, Slightly Stoopid will embark on their 9th annual coast-to-coast summer tour. The Return of the Red Eye Summer Tour kicks off on June 15th and hits amphitheaters and pavilions throughout North America. A full schedule of dates is below.
