Veterans of Asheville’s psychedelic music scene, The Snozzberries, have officially announced the Fourth Annual Psychedelic Circus, a vibrant multimedia concert experience set to take place on November 29th at the Salvage Station. Promising an even more immersive experience this year, guitarist and vocalist Ethan Heller shared, “It’s going to be bigger and better than ever.”

Previous Psychedelic Circus events have captivated attendees with liquid light projections, live painting, interactive performances, and more. The band is known for creating a uniquely interactive atmosphere each year. “Two years ago, we stuck 500 balloons to the walls and used a leaf blower to launch hundreds more into the crowd," says Heller. "Last year, we focused on art installations, with huge murals and neon netting. This year, we’ve got plenty of surprises up our sleeves.”

This announcement comes as The Snozzberries continue to make waves with their forthcoming self-titled album, set for release on October 11th. Lead singles “Return” and “Hide (Testify)” have already been generating buzz locally and beyond. The Psychedelic Circus will serve as the band's homecoming show after an extensive 24-city tour and act as an unofficial album release party.

“We’re really trying to bring the festival vibe into a single night,” adds bassist and vocalist Josh Clark. “It’s not just a concert—it’s a multimedia art festival. There’s always an element of collaboration, with artists, musicians, and sit-ins throughout the night.”

Joining The Snozzberries will be Mike Dillon & Punkadelic, featuring the punk-jazz vibraphone wizard Mike Dillon of Les Claypool’s Fancy Band and Garage A Trois fame. The night will kick off with a set by local favorites Magenta Sunshine, bringing their signature roots-fusion sound. Hosting the festivities will be the enigmatic MC Burnt Reynolds Jr. III, adding to the playful, unpredictable atmosphere.

The Snozzberries Fourth Annual Psychedelic Circus will be held at Salvage Station on November 29th. Advance tickets are $25 and available now at www.salvagestation.com.
