SONIC BLOOM, the nation's premier boutique electronic music festival, is pleased to announce the second wave of their 2016 lineup. In addition to this year's headliners Tipper and Bonobo (DJ set), they welcome FKJ, Phaeleh, The Grouch & Eligh, J.Philip, Bass Physics, Fort Knox Five ft Qdup, Herbie Hancock Tribute, The ReMINDers, Insightful, The Widdler, NastyNasty and many more. They will also be calling Hummingbird Ranch in Spanish Peaks Country, CO their long-term home!

The music isn't all there is to be excited about. SONIC BLOOM also engages with participants by offering world class artists and a full art gallery, active workshops, visual arts, learning experiences and yoga with much attention paid to the stunning environment that is created to indulge all the senses of the festival attendees.

The 11th Annual SONIC BLOOM will once again be held during the Summer Solstice, the weekend of June 16-19, 2016, in Colorado (location TBA). After 10 years, this premier transformational festival has fully blossomed into a regional community that reaches well beyond the gates of the festival. All of the electricity used last year was offset with 100% solar power from SunPort. In the coming years, SONIC BLOOM plans on eventually being completely free of fossil fuels in every part of its production by utilizing wind and solar power on site and other alternative energy sources. "Utilizing more efficient and intelligent forms of energy would not only be good for festival goers and the land itself, but a positive statement to the rest of humanity that something like that can be done. To be a part of something that not only upholds high standards for the planet and its participants, but also facilitates one of the best parties that you can have, is a win-win, and shows you that having a good time can carry way more substance and personal growth than you may have originally thought."

SONIC BLOOM has been credited for helping to break the careers of Bassnectar, The Glitch Mob, Beats Antique, Big Gigantic and Pretty Lights as it is known for discovering and hosting the most progressive electronic innovators and live electronic acts with styles that span the electronic music spectrum, from the highly celebrated to the relatively unknown. If you are looking what's new and hot, look no further!

4-Day General Passes include entry into the festival on Thursday, free on-site camping and free drinking water. VIP 4-Day Passes, parking passes, limited car camping passes and RV passes are also on sale.
