From Balkan nights (March 12) to Zydeco shakedowns (March 13’s Okie Weiss & the Zydeco Playboys), there’s something to get everyone’s feet moving.

Mid-March programs include a St. Patrick’s Day celebration on Monday, March 17 with Irish storytelling and music by Colin Urwin & Kenny Somerville. The month goes on to offer Turkish, Balkan, and Romani fusion (March 21’s Alaturca Connection), all-day world music celebrations (March 22’s Worlds Of Music Spring Celebration), and more Balkan jams (March 23). Wrapping up March, there are continued Grateful Dead tributes, lively Cajun/Zydeco sets from Motordude Zydeco on March 27, and even a Western two-step country evening (March 15 with Nashville Honeymoon & Friends) for those seeking a taste of honky-tonk.
