Magic Beans bring their infectious passion for music to the Fox Theatre on Saturday, July 5, 2025, for a special after-party show following Phish’s third and final night at Folsom Field. Dubbed “Magic Weens,” this tribute to the band Ween promises to deliver a night of engaging funk, R’n’B, rock, soul, and even a hint of country—an homage to the wide diaspora of American music that is distinctly the Magic Beans.
With a national reputation for irresistibly danceable live shows and a loyal following known as “Team Bean,” Magic Beans have become a must-see act. Their latest release, Unzipped, pays tribute to lo-fi recording techniques, hip hop beat tapes, and ’90s neo-soul, highlighting their love for sonic exploration. Prior studio records, such as Slice of Life, showcase their knack for catchy songwriting, groove-oriented composition, and a modern spin on classic sounds.
