ABOUT CHEF REBECCA WOOD
Chef Rebecca Wood, affectionately known as “Studio Mama,” is a celebrated Nashville chef, mixed media artist, and culinary entrepreneur. Born and raised in Georgia, she developed her signature soulful, Southern-inspired cuisine cooking for artists at Zac Brown’s Southern Ground Nashville. Her down-home, family-style meals quickly earned her the beloved nickname she carries today. Through the Studio Mama Supper Club, she curates intimate, community-focused dining events that unite locally sourced, seasonal ingredients with Nashville’s vibrant music scene. Beyond her Supper Club events and catering, Chef Wood also offers a meal subscription program via her website, Hearts in the Mix, and is the author of The Studio Mama Cookbook, a testament to her passion for food, storytelling, and hospitality.
