WonderGrass has announced the 2025 Lineup for the 3rd annual BajaWonderGrass Festival which takes place April 24-26, 2025 in El Sargento, Baja California Sur. Tickets are now on sale.
Drive a mile down a dirt road from the fishing village of El Sargento, 30 miles southeast of La Paz, and you’ll reach the home of BajaWonderGrass, an intimate, low-key music festival featuring bluegrass, reggae, folk, and local latin roots. Put on by the organizers of WinterWonderGrass in Lake Tahoe, California, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the BajaGrass fest is as intimate as it gets – the capacity is only 500. This third annual family friendly gathering takes place at the best beach cantina in Baja - La Tuna BCS. A beach stage and a hilltop stage with soaring views of the ocean and mountains will commence from 4 pm to 11 pm nightly. 2025 artists include Kitchen Dwellers, Lindsay Lou, Pixie & the Partygrass Boys, Pickin’ On The Dead, Bonfire Dub, The Little Moon Travelers, and special guests. Join in as they mix, mingle, sit in and create what can only be described as mystical.
Book your lodging early and find your place in the dreams you’ve always been creating. Ask the festival to help you arrange fishing charters to the uninhabited Isla Cerralvo, where you might spot dolphins and manta rays as you cast for fresh fish that you can take home and cook for dinner. Run or mountain-bike the Punta Gorda Trail; it connects to a network of singletrack amid an ancient cactus forest.
Fly into San José del Cabo; from there it’s a 2.5-hour drive due north to El Sargento.
