On April 25, 2015, a deadly earthquake left Nepal devastated, claiming more than 8,000 lives. In an effort to give back, ZEAL Optics is hosting an evening of films and firsthand accounts from mountaineers Chris Davenport, Eric Larsen, Ryan Waters, Jon Kedrowski and Nepal Country Director for the dZi Foundation, Ben Ayer. Each explorer has spent a great deal of time exploring Nepal;  Waters, Kedrowski and Ayers witnessed the earthquake and subsequent avalanche firsthand. The team will also be premiering footage from Camp 4 Collective’s #NepaliLoveYou: The Roof of the World’s Past, Present & Future — a film created around the quakes. All of the proceeds raised will go directly towards relief efforts via the dZi Foundation.

Join Zeal Optics at the Boulder Theatre accompanied by legendary mountaineers Chris Davenport , Polar Explorer Eric Larsen, Ryan Waters and Jon Kedrowski as they share first-hand tales from the deadly earthquake and subsequent avalanche at #Everest basecamp. We will also be hosting the premiere of Camp4 Collective new film #NEPALiLOVEYOU as we rally the Front Range community to help bring Nepal back.

All proceeds from the evening, including a raffle and silent auction, will go to the dZi Foundation to help support their rural community development programs.
