Artistic curiosity drives Sierra Hull’s creative spirit. The singer, songwriter, and award-winning mandolinist constantly finds herself on stages and in recording studios with artists from her world of bluegrass music and well beyond—recently Hull and her band joined Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds in Mexico for a string band version of “Ants Marching”—and her new single, “Come Out of My Blues” was born of the same curious ilk.

Lately, a number of up-and-coming bands have emerged from this small town, and tonight, I’m lucky enough to see one of them: the Watershed Ramblers, Chesterton’s own bluegrass band.
