Getting to a concert at Red Rocks this summer just got a whole lot easier.  CID Entertainment, well known hospitality provider for some of music’s biggest tours and festivals, is proud to announce its third summer of operating “Shuttles to Red Rocks” to provide fans with safe, reliable, comfortable transportation to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This year, service will be expanded to include three convenient pick up locations: Union Station, Capitol Hill, and Pearl St. in Boulder.

Over the weekend on Friday night, two members of Greensky Bluegrass, Paul Hoffman and Anders Beck, teamed up with Billy Strings and Samson Grisman for night three of a four show run through Colorado as the Phoffman/Beck Quartet played to a sold-out show in Frisco, Colorado at the Barkley Ballroom.

Fresh from touring the world with Joe Henry and galvanized by ‘events’, not least the worrying rise of popularism, Billy Bragg is dealing with it in the best way he knows how, by strapping on his electric guitar and heading out on tour across the US in October, under the title ‘Bridges Not Walls’.  Billy, in one-man Clash mode, will perform songs from his 30+ year career, some pertinent covers by his heroes and mentors and some freshly minted songs about the state of the world.
 

The announcement of this year’s “biggest little festival” in Massachusetts just drew lots of attention with a top-tier lineup with headliners including fan-favorites Dispatch and GRAMMY Award-winning Ziggy Marley. The festival, which started off as a humble friendly barbecue, has since grown into a two-day event in its fifth year with an expected draw of over 10,000 people per day. Huka Entertainment, producer of country music's most unique beachfront event, today announced that attendance at the Tortuga Music Festival, a Pollstar Top 20 worldwide festival, topped last year's record-breaking count. More than 100,000 people donned sunscreen and sandals for the fifth annual event, which featured an impressive array of talent, including Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, Chris Stapleton, Alan Jackson, Nelly, Slightly Stoopid, and Maren Morris.
