For more than 10 years, The Werks have put on The Werk Out Music & Arts Festival which has hosted some of the top names in the business. The initial reveal of the lineup includes 3 nights of The Werks, Umphrey’s McGee, Lawrence, Andy Frasco & The U.N. and many more July 14 to 16 at Legend Valley Concert Venue & Campground in Thornville, Ohio.
The Pure Imagination Festival has added multi-award-winning country music superstar Wynonna Judd to its eclectic and multi-faceted lineup. The one-of-a-kind concert experience will take place in a breathtaking setting: Watson Lake in Prescott, Arizona on May 21, 2022.
Today, MerleFest, presented by Window World®, announced its updated safety protocol for this year’s festival, as well as the Band Competition participants.
Safety Protocol: The festival’s top priority has always been and will continue to be to provide a safe and family-friendly environment for musicians and music fans of all ages. In mid-March, the global music community travels to the South by Southwest® Music Festival (SXSW®) in Austin, Texas, for seven days and nights of music discovery, making connections and celebrating the magic of live music. SXSW has announced the full list of over 1,400 artists scheduled to perform on 79 stages, as well as numerous music industry professionals who will be participating in the SXSW Conference. The first essential event on the music industry calendar, the SXSW Music Festival, takes place March 14 - 20, 2022 in Austin, Texas.
The Northern Michigan woods once again hosts an end-of-summer weekend of music as the Hoxeyville Music Festival celebrates 20 years of conscious community August 19 – 21 in Wellston, MI. Artists announced in the initial festival lineup include Railroad Earth, The Infamous Stringdusters, Yonder Mountain String Band, Lindsay Lou, May Erlewine, Larry Keel Experience, Airborne or Aquatic, Full Cord, Arlo McKinley, Mark Lavengood Band, & Earth Radio.
When the 2021 edition of Louder Than Life concluded last September – having welcomed a record-breaking crowd of 160,000 people in Louisville, Kentucky – local newspaper LEO Weekly pondered, "How will DWP top this for Louder Than Life 2022? Today, Sound Mind Live announces the fourth annual Sound Mind Music Festival for Mental Health, presented this year as a live, outdoor event at New York City’s famed Central Park on May 21 at 4pm. Featuring performances by Cold War Kids, Big Boi, American Authors, KAMAUU, Wrabel, and Allison Russell, the festival is hosted by comedian Gina Brillon. For the first time, the event will be livestreamed on TikTok.
