On Friday, May 31st, The Green performs at Mishawaka Amphitheatre. The sextet will release their new singles "Take Me On" and "Something About It" on May 21st. Both songs will appear on the band's third album, scheduled for release by Easy Star Records on August 20th. The Green's last album, Ways & Means, spent four-weeks at #1 on Billboard's Reggae Chart.

The first and foremost Reggae Festival established in 1984 has returned to its original site, French’s camp, located on the Eel River in Humboldt County, California. This magical venue has huge historic significance with years of great festivals past. Hundreds of musicians have performed and thousands of people camped and enjoyed reggae music while practicing peace and love. This world renowned event draws from all over the US and around the globe.  Attendees speak of it as a rite of passage.

John Brown’s Body's Kings And Queens has debuted at #1 on the Billboard and iTunes Reggae charts.  Kings And Queens (released April 16, 2013 on Easy Star Records) is the band’s eighth studio album and most ambitious release to date, encompassing the entire history of the band’s sound and legacy.  The album debuted impressively on other Billboard charts including #23 on the Heatseekers Chart, #4 on Northeast New Artist Chart, and #188 on the Top 200 Digital albums, amongst others.

Steel Pulse may have explored various styles of music since they started out in 1975, but when it comes to the message, the UK’s Grammy – Winning reggae band has remained close to their roots.  The Group have continued their commitment to fighting injustice, educating the masses, and promoting positive messages through spiritually uplifting music.

"I have traveled the world -- with the mighty Wailers and on my own -- bringing a little piece of Jamaica with me to the world.
