"From Jahmaica To De World" is the first solo reggae album from former Wailers frontman Gary "Nesta" Pine. Featuring legends in the world of reggae including Devon "Drakes" Bradshaw, Ian "Beezy" Coleman, Glen Da Costaand more, the new project finds Gary returning to his Jamaican roots. "I have traveled the world -- with the mighty Wailers and on my own -- bringing a little piece of Jamaica with me to the world.

The Mimi Fishman Foundation has launched a new on-line charity auction that features several New Years Eve ticket/poster packages as well as Phish memorabilia featuring a very rare kick drum head that was used by Phish in the 90’s and has been signed by the band. The auction also includes a large number of Phish 2012 Summer Tour posters signed by the band and a very unique memorabilia package from the 2011 New Years run.

Preservation Hall Jazz Band are no strangers to the disastrous aftermath of a hurricane, having endured Hurricane Katrina in 2005, that left their hometown of New Orleans in shambles. Following Katrina, Preservation Hall Jazz Band launched Renew Orleans, along with partners Ropeadope and Okayplayer. The project raised over $80,000 for local musicians. In additional to the financial support, the shirts captured the pride and determination of the people of New Orleans.
