With poignant and thought provoking lyrics, Amy McCarley finds balance in a new perspective with the launch of MECO, her 3rd studio album, out February 8, 2019. After collaborating in writing new songs with Bluebird Cafe round-mate and Nashville Songwriters Hall of Famer, Pat Alger, McCarley returned to the studio with esteemed colleagues, co-producers Kenny Vaughan & George Bradfute to work on MECO, her highly anticipated follow up to 2014’s Jet Engines.

“I feel like the life of an 1800’s train robber can easily be compared to the life of a traveling musician,” states Tylor Ketchum, front man for the gritty Americana band, Tylor and the Train Robbers. “Of course we’re not killing people or stealing money along the way, but life on the road definitely can feel like the Wild West at times.” This band would know, touring 200 dates a year for the past few years, and they’ve done it without the help of a manager or booking agent.

The Garcia Project will do an eight-night run on the west coast in March 2018, focusing on the Jerry Garcia Band’s 1976-1978 set lists and performances. As a special treat, the first two shows on the tour will feature Maria Muldaur on vocals! Maria Muldaur will join The Garcia Project on March 14, 2019 at The HopMonk in Sebastopol, CA and also on March 15, 2019 at The Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA.

The 15th Annual Boulder International Film Festival (BIFF) is pleased to announce its full program of 55 films, including six films straight from this year’s Sundance Film Festival, and six music documentaries, two of which will be the feature films on Opening and Closing nights.
