This summer, the Momentary will play host to a remarkable gathering of musical talent as FreshGrass | Bentonville returns to Arkansas on May 17th and 18th. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Ozarks, the festival is now in its fourth year and has rapidly become a beacon for both traditional and innovative roots music.

The two-day festival features a star-studded lineup including Jason Isbell and The 400 Unit, Trampled by Turtles, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Valerie June, Alison Brown, and more. These artists will perform across multiple stages, filling the courtyards and galleries of the Momentary with music that bridges generations and genres.

Adding to this year’s excitement, Aiofe O’Donovan will present a commissioned performance titled “America, Come,” backed by the ensemble Hawktail and the University of Arkansas Children’s Choir. This unique piece draws inspiration from the historical figures Carrie Chapman Catt and President Woodrow Wilson, weaving a century’s worth of women’s suffrage into a powerful narrative set to music.

FreshGrass | Bentonville is not just about music; it's a celebration of arts, culture, and community. Attendees can enjoy a range of activities suitable for all ages, from discovering local culinary delights to exploring artisanal crafts. The festival is family-friendly, offering a welcoming atmosphere where music lovers of all ages can come together.

Since its inception, nearly 20,000 attendees have experienced the vibrant atmosphere of FreshGrass | Bentonville. This festival continues to grow, offering new and returning guests a rich, immersive experience in one of the most picturesque settings in the country.
