Global Dance Festival -- returning to Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colo. July 19 -21, 2013 – today announces its initial lineup. Tickets go on sale March 22 at www.ticketmaster.com.
This year’s festival will feature three unique days that celebrate the fusion of electronic dance music with other genres and showcase the diverse array of talent in today’s musical landscape. For the first time, Friday night will highlight artists that blend electronic music and live performance, including acclaimed world fusion act BEATS ANTIQUE and improvisational live electronic duo EOTO, as well as EMANCIPATOR,OTT, ZOOGMA and more acts still to be announced.
Saturday will feature a dance-heavy lineup led by electro trio SAVOY, along withSANDER VAN DOORN, ARTY, EMMA HEWITT and Colorado’s own ECOTEK.
Sunday’s lineup brings a mixture of bass and trap beats with MIMOSA, GRAMATIK, GRIZ, SEVEN LIONS and KILL PARIS.
More acts will be announced in the coming weeks.
